Attentive Release is natural, deep and in its essence very simple.
Attentive Release has its roots in traditional asian wisdom. It is an integrated energetic and mindful process, which involves your body, emotions and thinking mind. It is not a static system, it’s an organic interaction between you and me. Different methods are used as to give conscious access to what underlies the pain and stress symptoms.

Attentive Release is designed to be integrated naturally into the flow of your life.
Sessions can take place both in person and online. This gives dynamics in how we interact with each other. Each Session is tailored according to your needs.
